Important: Before Reporting Water Issues
If you have a problem with your drinking water supply or your wastewater supply you must contact Uisce Éireann ( Irish Water) directly to report it, they are the body responsible for providing the delivery of secure, safe, and sustainable water services for the people of Ireland.
Uisce Éireann / Irish Water can be contacted at customerservice@water.ie or on 1800 278 278 (lines open 24/7).
Irish Water should also be contacted if you have noticed a pest infestation that is associated with drains or sewers.
